Shipping and returns

We ship all orders either by via UPS courier or Canada Post, depending upon location and warehouse availability. If you pay by credit card, "The-diet-shop" will NOT appear on your credit card statement. Your credit card will be billed with "Herbalife products" A tracking number will be available once your order is shipped. For the status of your order, please contact us

We offer standard  Shipping on all orders which normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive. Your products are typically shipped within 1 business day of placing your order. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes using UPS. Please provide your full street address to avoid delays in delivery.

Customers in regional areas of Western Canada not serviced by UPS may have their order shipped to their local Greyhound Bus Terminal. Upon arrival, a representative from Greyhound will phone you to advise you that your order is available for pick up.

The products featured on this website are for sale in the Canada only.

Distribution Centers
All orders placed for delivery in Canada are shipped directly to our customers from the Herbalife Distribution Center in Calgary or Montreal. Your order will be dispatched directly from the following Herbalife Distribution Center.


If you are paying by credit card and your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Prior to submitting your order, please contact your credit card's issuing bank and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field.

Return policy

The-Diet-Shop will refund any product sent back in its original state i.e. unused and unopened with the seal intact. If you want to return products please contact us and let us know you intend to do so.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in its original state within the 30 days. Please allow 3-7 working days for refunds to be processed.

We advise all customers to send returned goods back via an insured carried such as Canada Post. If your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We cannot refund shipping charges unless your goods were received faulty or damaged, or if we made a mistake when packaging your order.

Any returns made past 30 days will not be accepted.

Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective and will not be considered for an exchange or refund. A re-postage fee will also be charged for any order that is refused on delivery or not collected by the customer.

Goods Lost in Transit:

Goods which are not been delivered with in 10 working days are classed as lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the specified time period we will raise an enquiry with UPS, until we have confirmation from UPS we will be unable to refund or re-dispatch any goods. All enquiries are dealt with within 48hrs, however please allow up to 7 working days for UPS to respond to our enquiry.

Damaged Goods:

The-Diet-Shop takes great care in processing your order. However, if in any instance the goods your received are incorrect, damaged or defective, we will replace the damaged goods, exchange or at their discretion refund the amount paid for the goods. In order for us to process any replacement or refund we will require a notification via e-mail or post with in 7 working days of delivery of goods.

We will refund the cost of postage back to us if the item was received damaged or faulty, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise. The maximum amount paid for returned postage is $8.
